Refunds & Returns
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The AC will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee.

This vegan friendly Vitamin A Serum is an aromatic oil-based serum that absorbs quickly into the skin, offering instant hydration and reparation. Using retinyl palmitate, which is a plant-based retinoid form of Vitamin A, this serum protects the cells from free radicals, which is one of the leading causes of premature ageing. It contains 1% of retinyl palmitate which is the highest amount allowed in cosmetic formulas. Unlike other more common forms of animal derived vitamins, this serum helps to improve skin health and counteract sun damage and acne. This product can also assist in increasing the skin’s elasticity and the reversal of photodamage. It is naturally perfumed with beautiful scents of frankincense, rose geranium and ylang ylang.
