Please note a booking deposit maybe required when booking any of our services. These deposits are fully redeemable at your appointment when adhering to our 48 hour cancellation & booking policy.

Fat dissolving appointments require 7 days notice for changes andcancellations.

COVID-19 Vaccine:

We cannot administer injectables 2 weeks either side of you receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. This only applies to filler treatments.

Your appointment with us:

We have additional measures in place at our clinic due to the global COVID-19 pandamic.

If you feel unwell, have travelled to a declared COVID-19 hotspot in the past 14 days, or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms prior to your appointment, please let us know and we can reschedule your appointment to a later time.

When you arrive at the clinic, you will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and undergo a temperature check.

Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the front desk upon entering our clinic.

Please refrain from bringing friends and family with you to the clinic during this time.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you would like anaesthetic numbing cream applied prior to lip injections. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment if you are booked for our Russian Lips Service.

New and current patients, please read the below in its entirety as the changes may affect you.

Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

Please be considerate of other patients and of your clinician by providing at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise your booking fee will be forfeited.

All bookings require credit card details prior to your booking being accepted. A $50 booking fee is required for all appointments where injectables are administered, including PRP and product removal. A $100 booking fee is required for all fat dissolving appointments. A $20 booking fee is required for all skin treatments, such as peels, micro-needling, facials and hydrodermabrasion treatments. Follow up appointments and consultations are free to book. All bookings fees are redeemable on product at your appointment. If credit card details are requested and not provided within 2 days of making the appointment, the appointment will be forfeited. If the new booking request is within 2 days, credit card details must be provided within 24 hours otherwise the appointment is forfeited.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

For bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice prior to your appointment, the booking fee will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. If a $50 fee is charged and the supplied card has insufficient funds, the $50 fee will be added to the next appointment booked.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive at your appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited. The Aesthetic Collective reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments at any time. If an appointment is unconfirmed and cancelled, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Reminders

The AC will provide you with a courtesy reminder regarding your appointment date and time prior to your treatment so please ensure your contact details are up to date with us. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you want to reschedule your appointment.

Topical Anaesthetic (Numbing cream)

As part of your treatment, we can apply a high potency topical anaesthetic gel to your lips prior to getting any injections. This is offered complimentary as part of our service. If this is something you wish to have, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow ample time for the topical anaesthetic gel to effectively numb your lips so that minimal pain is felt during the procedure.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS ARE MANDATORY (AND FREE OF CHARGE)

It is essential that you book in a check-up with us 2 weeks post anti-wrinkle treatments and 4 weeks post lip/dermal filler injections. We want to ensure you are symmetrical and happy with your results. Please attend this appointment because if you do not attend we cannot be held liable for sub-optimal results.

Longevity

The longevity of products used is an approximate guide only, as indicated from our supplier’s supporting information. As everyone's bodies break down filler and anti-wrinkle product at different rates, refunds will not be given for sub-optimal longevity results.

Flying long-haul

The AC does not recommend flying long-haul within 7 days following your treatment. Anyone choosing to fly within 7 days of their treatment releases The AC of any liability caused by your anti-wrinkle and/or dermal filler injections as a result of flying.
